- Install, repair, and maintain complex plumbing systems in commercial buildings, including piping, fixtures, and appliances.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute plumbing layouts.
- Use hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and welding techniques to complete installations efficiently.
- Perform heavy lifting and physical tasks required for pipe installation, system assembly, and remodeling projects.
- Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting on plumbing systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with construction teams to coordinate plumbing work with other trades.
- Follow safety protocols diligently while working on construction sites, including proper use of personal protective equipment.
- Assist with site inspections, quality control checks, and compliance with building codes and regulations.
- Read schematics and technical manuals to understand mechanical systems involved in plumbing
- Support field service activities by diagnosing issues promptly and executing repairs on-site.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and project progress for reporting purposes.
- Contribute to remodeling projects by providing maintenance person skills such as carpentry or basic electrical knowledge when needed.
