Job Detail
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems for new construction and service calls.
- Read and interpret blueprints, project plans, and job specifications.
- Perform tasks including rough-ins, water line installation, drainage, fixture installation, and final trim.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve plumbing issues (leaks, blockages, low pressure, etc.).
- Safely operate hand and power tools for pipe cutting, fitting, and assembly.
- Ensure all work meets local codes and safety standards.
- Maintain clear documentation for work performed and materials used.
- Communicate effectively to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction.
- Qualifications
- 4+ years of plumbing experience (new construction + service required).
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and standard practices.
- Ability to read blueprints and construction documents.
- Capable of physical work including lifting, crawling, crouching, and working in varied environments.
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or collaboratively.
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record required.
