- Strong knowledge of Research and Development (R&D) processes and laboratory techniques
- Proficient Analytical Skills and capacity to evaluate, interpret, and report data effectively
- Experience with Quality Control procedures, ensuring regulatory compliance and product standards including understanding of and/or experience with GMP and BRC systems
- Problem-solving capabilities, including the ability to troubleshoot issues and implement solutions
- A degree in food science, chemistry, or a related scientific field is required
- Strong attention to detail, organizational competencies, and time management skills
- Familiarity with safety protocols and procedures in a laboratory setting
- Previous experience in food science or nutraceutical industries is a plus ~
