• In this role, the Repair Technician is responsible for performing minor repairs on laptops, helping to identify hardware issues and SW installation including Windows, drivers etc. This position will support service operations by assisting in minor laptop repairs, such as replacing hard drives, keyboards, memory modules, etc. As a new team member at Close the Loop, you will be trained to: Training will be provided to identifying possible hardware issues, to perform corrective action
• Visually inspecting refurbished laptops and grading based on condition.
• Scanning and data entry for equipment inventory.
• Additional responsibilities will include data wipes.
• Read and understand policies, procedures, and training materials.
• Assist in daily housecleaning activities to ensure your work environment is clean, orderly, and free of slip/trip hazards.
• As a new Team member, you will contribute by:
• Having 1(1) or more years’ of experience as a repair tech.
• Adding a positive and collaborative attitude.
• Being capable of standing for extended periods of time.
• Passing a background check and drug test.
• Able to lift up to 30lbs.
