Job Detail
  • Diagnose, repair, and maintain rental equipment, including forklifts, aerial lifts, and material handling machinery.
  • Perform preventative maintenance and safety inspections to keep equipment in top working condition.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues in both shop and field settings.
  • Work efficiently to minimize equipment downtime and keep the rental fleet ready for customers.
  • Provide on-site service and emergency repairs at customer locations as needed.
  • Build strong customer relationships by delivering high-quality service and support.
  • Maintain detailed service records and complete repair documentation.
  • Operate service trucks, diagnostic tools, and lifts to complete repairs. Skills Experience We’re Looking For: 5+ years’ experience as a forklift technician, diesel mechanic, or heavy equipment technician.
  • Knowledge of hydraulics, electrical systems, and mechanical troubleshooting.
  • Ability to work independently in the field and as part of a team in the shop.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
  • A valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally for field repairs.
