State venture llc is seeking a skilled remodeler to handle renovation and repair projects across our residential and commercial properties.

Job Detail
- Perform apartment make-ready work including painting, drywall repair, flooring, cabinetry, and fixture replacement.
- Complete remodels and upgrades for both residential and commercial spaces.
- Install and repair flooring (LVP, tile, carpet, baseboards).
- Handle sheetrock installation, mudding, taping, and texture finishing.
- Execute basic plumbing work (faucet, sink, toilet, garbage disposal replacements, minor leak repairs).
- Perform basic electrical tasks (outlets, switches, light fixtures, fans, breakers).
- Conduct carpentry and millwork such as framing, door installation, trim, and cabinetry repairs.
- Assist with tile installation for bathrooms, kitchens, and flooring projects.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment at all times.
- Coordinate with property management and supervisors to prioritize daily work orders and remodel schedules.
- Ensure all work meets quality, safety, and code compliance standards.
- Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in remodeling, make-ready, or general construction.
- Proficient in multiple trades (carpentry, drywall, painting, plumbing, electrical, tile, flooring).
- Must have own tools and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on ladders or in tight spaces as needed.
- Basic knowledge of safety procedures and building codes.
- Job Types: Full-time, Contract
- Pay: $15 – $23 per hour
- Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
