Job Description
Regional Plumber
The Regional Plumber will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in residential units across multiple locations (St. Petersburg/Riverview/Tampa Areas). The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in residential plumbing, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently while traveling between properties.
Responsibilities:
Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems in residential units, including pipes, fixtures, water heaters, and appliances.
Troubleshoot plumbing issues and identify necessary repairs or replacements.
Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as clearing clogged drains and replacing worn-out components.
Inspect plumbing systems to ensure compliance with building codes and safety standards.
Respond promptly to plumbing emergencies, such as leaks and burst pipes, and take appropriate corrective actions.
Collaborate with property managers and maintenance staff to coordinate plumbing repairs and installations across multiple properties.
Keep accurate records of work performed, including materials used, labor hours, and service reports.
Communicate effectively with residents to explain plumbing issues and solutions in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Bilingual – Preferred.
Valid plumber’s license or certification – Preferred.
Multifamily Experience – Required
Willingness to travel between residential properties as needed.
Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a plumber, preferably in residential settings.
Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair techniques.
Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine layout and installation procedures.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Work schedule:
Monday- Friday 9:00AM to 6:00PM
Saturday and Sunday Emergencies Only
