Job Detail
- Evaluate vehicles for necessary repairs and enhancements prior to reconditioning.
- Develop detailed reconditioning plans and timelines based on vehicle assessments.
- Collaborate with service departments to coordinate reconditioning efforts effectively.
- Monitor the reconditioning process to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Provide expert advice to management regarding reconditioning best practices and strategies.
- Communicate regarding the status of their vehicles during the reconditioning process.
- Prepare reports on reconditioning activities and outcomes for management review. Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities) Proven experience in the automotive industry, preferably in vehicle reconditioning or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle repair processes, assessment techniques, and industry standards.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Analytical skills to identify areas for improvement and develop effective reconditioning strategies.
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality and excellence in service delivery.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
- Positive attitude and high energy with willingness to go above and beyond.
