Position: Pt Equipment Operator

Job Brief
Who we are hiring: we’re currently hiring a pt loader operator and offering a $1,000 sign-on bonus! the pt loader operator is is responsible for safely and efficiently operating equipment, vehicles, or machinery to support daily business operations.

Salary Detail
$20 – $22 an hour

Diploma in releted field is required

Job Detail
  • Operate assigned equipment (e.g loaders, skid steers, forklifts, balers, compators, or Semi Trucks
  • Perform daily equipment inspections, reporting issues or maintenance needs to supervisors.
  • Follow established procedures for handling, processing, or transporting materials.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
  • Assist with loading/unloading materials, staging equipment, or supporting route operations.
  • Monitor equipment performance and notify supervisors of irregularities.
  • Support preventive maintenance by documenting usage, inspections, and minor adjustments.
  • Follow OSHA, DOT (if applicable), and company safety policies at all times.
  • Collaborate with drivers, mechanics, and other operations staff to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisors or management.

  • Prior experience operating heavy equipment, forklifts, or industrial machinery preferred.
  • Knowledge of equipment safety standards, inspection procedures, and operational practices.
  • Ability to read and follow work instructions, manuals, and safety guidelines.
  • Strong problem-solving and situational awareness skills.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, bend, climb, and work in outdoor or industrial environments.
  • Dependability, punctuality, and attention to detail.
  • Certification in forklift or heavy equipment operation preferred (or willingness to obtain) Job Type: PT, Monday- Friday, 10:00 am – 3:00 pm.
