Job Description: Patriot Properties is seeking dependable, skilled, and hands-on Carpenters and Maintenance Technicians to join our growing team! This role covers the Southwest Wisconsin region, including Platteville and surrounding communities, as well as the Dubuque, Iowa area.
We’re looking for individuals who take pride in their work, enjoy problem-solving, and want to be part of a supportive, team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform carpentry work for repairs, installations, and adjustments
Basic home improvements and repairs
Build and repair furniture, doors, windows, and other wooden structures
Handle general maintenance tasks like patching, sanding, and painting
Maintain tools and ensure proper safety procedures are followed
Collaborate with other maintenance staff to ensure timely completion of projects
Mandatory on call rotation for after hour work orders
Requirements:
Proven experience as a carpenter or in general maintenance
Proficiency in carpentry tools and techniques
Ability to troubleshoot and fix issues efficiently
Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently or as part of a team

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $28.00 – $32.00 per hour
