Job Detail
- Perform carpentry work for repairs, installations, and adjustments
- Basic home improvements and repairs
- Build and repair furniture, doors, windows, and other wooden structures
- Handle general maintenance tasks like patching, sanding, and painting
- Maintain tools and ensure proper safety procedures are followed
- Collaborate with other maintenance staff to ensure timely completion of projects
- Mandatory on call rotation for after hour work orders
- Requirements:
- Proven experience as a carpenter or in general maintenance
- Proficiency in carpentry tools and techniques
- Ability to troubleshoot and fix issues efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
