Position summary: we are seeking a detail-oriented and organized project/turn coordinator to join our team.

Job Detail
- Assist the Director of Property Management in developing project plans, schedules, and work breakdown structures
- Help coordinate projects and turn activities, resources, and information
- Track project milestones, deliverables, and timelines using project management software Participate in team meetings and take detailed notes
- Update and maintain project/turn documentation, including status reports
- Communicate with assigned vendors to collect updates on task progress
- Assist in identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies
- Help manage project/turn spend and track expenses
- Coordinate with ARG team, vendors, contractors, and other external stakeholders
- Prepare and distribute project communications to relevant team members
- Support/change management processes as needed
- Assist with quality assurance activities
- All other duties as assigned
- Position Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in a project coordination or maintenance supervision role
- Maintain a valid driver’s license with insured operating vehicle
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
- Experience with property management software
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent writ10and verbal communication abilities
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
- Preferred Requirements
- Experience in budget tracking and financial reporting
- Background in the specific industry of the hiring company
- Familiarity with collaboration tools (e.g, Slack, Microsoft Teams)
- Experience with data analysis and reporting
