Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electronic, Mechatronic Engineering, or similar.
Job Detail
- Plan and organize the phases of project execution, defining schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
- Determine the human, technical, and material resources necessary for project development.
- Supervise and coordinate staff under your responsibility, including supervisors and team leaders.
- Coordinate closely with the engineering team for the reception, analysis, and implementation of technical assembly information.
- Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors the resources and conditions necessary for the progress of the work.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, industrial safety, and applicable regulations.
- Report periodically on the progress of the work to the Project Manager and maintain fluid communication with the end customer.
- Resolve technical and operational incidents that may arise during assembly.
- Ensure the correct documentation and technical closure of the facilities.
- What will you need as a successful Project Site Manager?
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electronic, Mechatronic Engineering, or similar. Postgraduate or master’s degree related to project management or construction management will be valued.
- Previous experience of minimum 5 years in similar roles, with related experience in assembling automated and/or robotic lines, preferably in the automotive sector.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Advanced level of English and Spanish native.
- Willingness to travel and work in the field.
- Technical knowledge:
- – Complex electromechanical installations- Robotic systems and industrial automation- Reading and interpreting technical drawings- Industrial safety regulations and quality management
