  • Key Responsibilities: Champion Safety and Quality as core values, supporting site inspections and proactive planning to prevent injuries and rework
  • Collaborate with Preconstruction and Operations teams to drive productivity, execution efficiency, and margin performance
  • Track and report project progress, milestones, and schedule updates
  • Support QA/QC efforts, including document reviews, site observations, testing coordination, and quality reporting
  • Review project drawings and scopes to identify design and constructability issues early
  • Assist in preparing bid packages, scopes of work, and subcontract/purchase order documentation
  • Manage RFIs, submittals, and change orders, maintaining accurate logs and documentation
  • Support project meetings, including preparing agendas, minutes, and action items
  • Collaborate with the project team to identify risks, resolve technical issues, and maintain alignment with client and company objectives
  • Assist with project closeout activities, including collection of warranties, as-builts, and closeout manuals
  • Qualifications: Experience in construction project coordination or project management support
  • Strong technical knowledge of construction methods and materials
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred
  • OSHA certifications are a plus
