Job Description

Job Detail
  • Lead daily print production operations including printing, finishing, inserting, and mailing
  • Supervise a team of support staff
  • Operate and maintain high-volume digital printers and mail equipment
  • Coordinate schedules to ensure timely completion of direct mail projects
  • Collaborate with internal teams to verify print files and ensure data accuracy for variable printing jobs
  • Ensure compliance with USPS regulations and optimize postal preparation processes
  • Perform quality checks throughout production to meet branding and quality standards
  • Monitor inventory and order print materials and supplies as needed
  • Schedule preventive maintenance and coordinate service on print and mail equipment
