Job Detail
- Build custom saunas and components from raw materials to finished product
- Interpret shop drawings, cut lists, and woodworking plans
- Cut, plane, route, sand, and assemble wood components with accuracy
- Table saws
- Chop/Miter saws
- Routers
- Planers
- Sanders
- Nailers and fastening tools
- Perform precision joinery, bench construction, door/window assembly, and fine finishing
- Maintain clean, safe, organized work areas
- Work with shop leadership as we scale into the new facility
- Experience
- 2+ years professional woodworking, carpentry, cabinetry, or fabrication experience
- Strong ability to read measurements and follow detailed instructions
- High proficiency with woodworking machines and hand tools
- Attention to detail—clean lines, square assemblies, smooth finishes
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, consistent, and craftsmanship-oriented
- Strong communication skills for collaborating with team members and clients effectively. - Pay: $23 – $27 per hour
