Job Detail
- Diagnose faulty pool equipment to determine proper repair or replacement
- Provide written, detailed quotes for pool equipment
- Communicating with customers to explain repair options and provide estimates
- Contact customers to complete the sale
- Install, troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair pool automation, variable speed pumps, heaters, filters, salt systems, lighting, and electrical systems
- Maintaining accurate records of repairs and parts inventory in pool software
- Providing professional and courteous service
- Providing technical guidance
- Monitoring the quality of repair work
- Ordering parts and supplies as needed
Qualifications
You have 2-5 years of pool repair experience - You are proficient in estimating
- You have excellent communication skills
- You have strong electrical, plumbing, and problem-solving skills
- You are organized
