Job Detail
- Pressing and installing tires.
- Communicate with the customer and provide a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness of equipment, tools and customer facility while working.
- Pickup and delivery of parts when required.
- Complete PM’s and repairs of contracted equipment.
- Other duties as required by the Service Manager, which could include keeping service jobs organized and turned in daily, managing inventory of tire needs, willingness to take on new responsibilities.
- Adhere to all Company policies and work rules.
- Technician Requirements:
- Computer skills or ability to learn.
- Must have a valid Class B CDL w/ air brakes driver’s license and good driving record.
- Must have at least 2 years’ experience in either the automotive, diesel, or a similiar mechanical field.
- Must have own tools.
- Ability to operate a forklift in a safe manner.
- Must be able to meet the physical requirements of the position.
- Must have a good attitude and be able to successfully work in a team environment.
- Regular and prompt attendance is required.
- Present a professional image in personal appearance, dress, and preparation.
- Working Conditions: Hours will be 7:30 a.m. – 4:00p.m., Monday through Friday, plus whatever time is required to accomplish the goals of the position. Occasional overtime may be required. This is an hourly, non-exempt position.
