$80,000 – $120,000 a year

Work Portfolio is required

Master’s degree in relevant field is required

• Perform routine maintenance on existing plumbing systems
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing problems
• Be proficient in company sales process
• Meet or exceed minimum sales KPI’s set by company
• Communicate and relay information to customers adequately
• Safely operate sewer equipment and other tools needed for plumbing repairs
• Work as a team with other plumbers on job sites
• Fill out paperwork and submit to office on a timely basis
• Measure, list and gather material for needed repairs
• Provide training and guidance to apprentices
• Size and install water and sewer lines per code
• Maintain cleanliness of assigned company vehicles
• Any other assigned duties as directed by management
• Education and Experience:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years experience in plumbing

• Comfortable with commission based compensation
• Vast understanding of local codes
• Ability to size water, sewer, and gas lines

• Valid SC drivers license with clean driving record
• Must be able to pass criminal background check and drug screening
• Must be able to read and write in English
• Physical Requirements:
• Ability to work in extreme temperatures for extended periods of time
• Ability to adapt to all environments including, but not limited to confined spaces, rooftops, etc.
• Able to safely lift over 100 lbs
• Able to work overtime if needed
• Able to continually climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch and/or crawl
• Able to work in a safety sensitive position
