We are seeking a plumber to join our team! the selected individual must be able to performing a variety of both residential & commercial service and repairs as follows:tasks: prepare clear written work cost estimates for clients using an ipad adhere to safety policies and procedures and perform repairs to building codes install/replace kitchen and bathroom faucets as well as pot fillers install/replace ro systems unclog drains repair/install garbage disposals repair/install gas lines install/replace toilets repair/replace water heaters as well as tankless water heaters replace shower cartridges repair/replace leaking pipes repair slab leaks install/replace water valves ability to repipe kitchen, bathroom, adu or entire home as applicable install grease traps repair low water pressure issues in the unit/home and be able to asses and fix any other plumbing replated issues that may arise.

$30 – $40 an hour

Job Achievements of 2 Years is required

• Prepare clear writ10work cost estimates for clients using an IPad
• Adhere to safety policies and procedures and perform repairs to building codes
• Install/Replace kitchen and bathroom faucets as well as pot fillers
• Install/replace RO systems
• Unclog drains
• Repair/Install garbage disposals
• Repair/Install gas lines
• Install/Replace toilets
• Repair/Replace water heaters as well as tankless water heaters
• Replace shower cartridges
• Repair/Replace leaking pipes
• Repair slab leaks
• Install/Replace water valves
• Ability to repipe kitchen, bathroom, ADU or entire home as applicable
• Install grease traps
• Repair low water pressure issues in the unit/home
• and be able to asses and fix any other plumbing replated issues that may arise. As well as double checking all work performed to check for functionality before leaving the unit/home.
• ​Qualifications:
• Previous experience in BOTH RESIDENTIAL COMMERCIAL plumbing, with a minimum of 2 years in the field operating as a PLUMBING TECHNICIAN (not as an apprentice or helper)
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
• Excellent writ10and verbal communication skills with customers and dispatch/office
• Job Type: Full-time
• Pay: $30 – $40 per hour
