- The Role:
- Our Plumbing Service technicians diagnose and repair issues within each customer’s home. Their priority is the customer, providing options and ensuring a 5-star quality service with every interaction, every call, in every home.
- Plumbing Service technicians receive $54,000 to $160,000 per year!
- What You’ll Do: Completes in-home Plumbing service calls and gets the job right the first time
- Establish customer rapport to offer solutions, provide the right service, and create a “You’re my go-to company” relationship
- Communicate with multiple departments within the organization to provide optimal customer service
- Maintain a clean, organized job site and truck
- Actively participate in all training exercises, morning meetings, and company events
- Other duties as assigned What You’ll Need: Working Knowledge of Local Plumbing Codes
- Indiana Journeyman License (or Working to Obtain)
- Strong Desire to Grow and Develop into a Team Leader
- A Clean, Safe Driving Record, Background Check, and Drug Screen
