- Limited On-Call Rotation: Work efficiently without excessive after-hours demands. Your Role as a Plumbing Install Helper Key Responsibilities: Assist lead plumbing technicians in efficient and accurate installations.
- Establish strong customer rapport to ensure the highest levels of satisfaction.
- Demonstrate professionalism and knowledge to foster new referrals and repeat business.
- Properly stage jobs, adhering to quality checklists.
- Support lead technicians in maintaining clean, organized job sites and accurate truck inventory.
- Actively participate in on-the-job training and formal exercises to master the trade.

- What We’re Looking For Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record with 2+ years driving experience and a clean MVR
- Ability to successfully pass a drug and background screen if offered an employment
- 21 years old minimum
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and time management
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure Physical Requirements
- This position requires prolonged standing, walking, bending, crouching, and heavy lifting (up to 75 lbs). You must be comfortable working in various conditions, including extreme temperatures, tight spaces, and exposure to dust, fumes, and machinery.
