Job Detail
- Lead and supervise all plumbing activities.
- Coordinate assigned crews and subcontractors to ensure seamless execution of piping work in compliance with project requirements and timelines.
- Ensure safety, quality, and adherence to project specifications, maintaining a strong alignment with RQ’s Mission, Vision, and Values.
- Work closely with the Superintendent to support the coordination of multiple scopes of work across the project site.
- Manage mechanical installations for government and military projects, ensuring adherence to all regulatory and safety standards.
- Proactively identify and resolve potential issues to keep projects on track.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, emphasizing teamwork and professionalism across all crews and subcontractors. Required Qualifications: Four or more years of experience as a Plumbing Superintendent (government, military, or large commercial construction projects required).
- Four or more years of field or trade experience as a journey-worker level plumber (government, military, or large commercial construction projects preferred).
- Trade school apprenticeship program completion preferred.
- Experience with Plumbing pipe installation, deep underground work, water heater compressors, material management are all essential skills.
- Experience in the design-build industry is a plus.
- CPR, First Aid, OSHA 30-hour Certifications, EM-385, and STS required (training can be provided).
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Trade school apprenticeship program completion preferred.
- Computer literacy (Microsoft Outlook preferred).
