Job Detail
  • Complete all drain cleaning/clearing, cable work, and service to drains
  • Recommend or perform camera service when necessary
  • Establish client rapport to provide the proper options for the best solutions
  • Educate and assist clients on the importance of sewer repair and replacement
  • Understand your service criteria and hold yourself accountable for exceeding goals
  • Participate actively in all training exercises and meetings
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with dispatch and your supervisor
  • Keep a clean and organized work space (trucks and in client homes) well stocked
  • Work with a Jetter machine
  • Complete timely and accurate paperwork: invoices, time cards, options, forms
  • Participate in the on call schedule
  • Maintain a clean and professional appearance
  • Have or be willing to get proper certifications when necessary We’d Love To Hear From You If You Have 3+ years experience in the plumbing industry a plus
  • Must know how to run a Jetter machine
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Strong writ10and verbal communication skills
  • Valid driver’s license Working Conditions/Physical Demands Must consider safety one’s primary job and must have general knowledge of safe working practices and OSHA requirements
  • To adequately perform the duties of this job the team member is regularly and routinely required to sit, stand, walk, stoop, use hands to handle controls, hear, and talk
  • Must be able to climb ladders, work in hot and cold environments, and work in small crawl spaces
