Job Detail
- Complete all drain cleaning/clearing, cable work, and service to drains
- Recommend or perform camera service when necessary
- Establish client rapport to provide the proper options for the best solutions
- Educate and assist clients on the importance of sewer repair and replacement
- Understand your service criteria and hold yourself accountable for exceeding goals
- Participate actively in all training exercises and meetings
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with dispatch and your supervisor
- Keep a clean and organized work space (trucks and in client homes) well stocked
- Work with a Jetter machine
- Complete timely and accurate paperwork: invoices, time cards, options, forms
- Participate in the on call schedule
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance
- Have or be willing to get proper certifications when necessary We’d Love To Hear From You If You Have 3+ years experience in the plumbing industry a plus
- Must know how to run a Jetter machine
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong writ10and verbal communication skills
- Valid driver’s license Working Conditions/Physical Demands Must consider safety one’s primary job and must have general knowledge of safe working practices and OSHA requirements
- To adequately perform the duties of this job the team member is regularly and routinely required to sit, stand, walk, stoop, use hands to handle controls, hear, and talk
- Must be able to climb ladders, work in hot and cold environments, and work in small crawl spaces
