Job Detail
- Assemble, install, and repair pipes, fittings, and fixtures for water, drainage, and heating systems.
- Install and replace plumbing fixtures such as toilets, sinks, faucets, bathtubs, and water heaters.
- Repair and maintain pipes by mending burst pipes, replacing washers, or clearing stoppages.
- Install and repair pipes using materials like copper, PVC, or PEX.
- Maintenance and troubleshooting Inspect plumbing systems, including pipes, to identify potential problems.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose problems with water, gas, and waste systems.
- Locate and repair leaks both inside and outside buildings.
- Perform preventive maintenance on gas outlets and other plumbing equipment.
- Safety and code compliance Ensure all work meets relevant safety and building codes.
- Adhere to safety regulations while working.
- Customer service and administration Communicate with customers to explain issues and discuss solutions.
- Provide cost and time estimates to clients before starting work.
- Maintain accurate records of service calls and job details.
- Manage van inventory and keep tools and equipment clean and organized.
