Job Brief
Overview we are seeking a skilled and dependable plumber to join our team for our apartment complex, we want to have a plumber we can call based off work orders plumbing issues, such as leaks repairs.
Salary Detail
$35 – $45 an hour

Job Detail
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate installation
- Use hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and welding techniques to complete tasks efficiently
- Perform remodeling and renovation work involving plumbing fixtures and related systems
- Conduct troubleshooting of plumbing issues using mechanical knowledge and diagnostic skills
- Collaborate with construction teams to ensure project specifications are met on time and within safety standards
- Assist with HVAC system components related to plumbing infrastructure when necessary
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols at all times
- Heavy lifting of materials and equipment as required on construction sites
- Requirements
- W-9
- Proven experience in construction plumbing, site work, or related trades
- Knowledge of construction methods including remodeling, schematics reading, and blueprint interpretation
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, welding techniques, and schematics reading
- Mechanical aptitude with understanding of HVAC systems and general building infrastructure
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work in physically demanding environments
- Construction site experience with familiarity in carpentry or maintenance person tasks is preferred
- Valid driver’s license for commercial driving or site access as needed
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and safety compliance
