We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in both residential and commercial plumbing, with a strong understanding of construction plumbing techniques. This role requires a hands-on approach to problem-solving and the ability to work effectively on construction sites. The Plumber will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems while ensuring compliance with all safety regulations.
Responsibilities
Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial settings.
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine layout requirements.
Perform pipe threading and assemble piping systems according to specifications.
Conduct routine inspections of plumbing systems to identify potential issues or leaks.
Collaborate with other construction professionals on-site, including carpenters and welders, to ensure project completion.
Utilize basic math skills to calculate measurements and material requirements for projects.
Adhere to all safety protocols while working on construction sites.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Plumber or similar role in the construction industry.
Familiarity with construction plumbing techniques and materials.
Ability to read and understand schematics and technical drawings.
Basic math skills necessary for measurements and calculations.
Experience with pipe threading and assembly of piping systems.
Valid commercial driving license is a plus but not mandatory.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team on construction sites.
