Job Detail
- Electriciansare responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems that operate at 480 volts
- Able to identify to differentiate a electrical or mechanical problem that is causing the failure
- Install, align, and dismantle electrical equipment in accordance to specifications
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical systems, including pumps, conveyors and motors
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues and implement effective solutions
- Collaborate with engineers and other trades to ensure seamless operations
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment,5-S, and adhering safety protocols
Qualifications:
Technical certification in Electrical/Electrician- Excellent communication skills and teamwork abilities
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Familiarity with safety regulations and practices in industrial environments
- Collaborate with Lead to finalize maintenance storage locations
- High school diploma or equivalent, technical certification in Electrical/Electrician preferred
- Other responsibilities as required
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent, technical certification in electrician preferred - Proven experience as an electrician or in a similar role
- Strong schematic aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work with hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments
- Physical stamina to handle heavy machinery
Working Conditions:
require working in confined spaces or at heights- Shift work be necessary, including nights, weekends or on-call availability depending on operational needs
- This position require working in outdoor or indoor environments, with exposure to noise, dust, and varying weather conditions
- Personal protective equipment (PPE) is always required
