Job Chronology is required

• Independence. You won’t be tied to a desk. You’ll be out in the field, mobile, independent, increasing your skills and experience while growing your career with a clear view of next steps. You’ll be the face of Prize Pest Control to the public, and your customers will rely on you for expert advice and high quality work.
• When you start with the Prize Pest Control team, you’ll spend time in our in-house, and on-line paid training program. Once you’ve acquired state licensing, and certification…you’ll be ready to apply your new skills in the exact situations you’ve trained for.

• A Day In the Life Of A Pest Control Professional
• Apply your always safe and courteous driving skills as you travel in your home office (the cab of your Prize Pest Control Truck). You’ll use it, your company equipment, and materials to help your clients put their pest problems behind them.
• You’ll build relationships of trust within your community and with your regular customers and offer the most up to date, innovative pest control options available.
• Using Technology? We help with training. And…there’s some paperwork.

• Here’s What We Want From You….
• Three or more years spent with a recent employer…demonstrating that you know how to do quality work and stay put on a team.
• Customer Service Skills….Translation…You are a nice person and people recognize you as such.
• The ability to follow instructions from leadership.
• Great communication skills (used with customers and Prize Pest Control Teammates).
• Solid reading and writing skills.
• A Valid Driver’s License, a good driving record, and Defensive Driving Skills.
