• Adams Exterminating is a growing pest control company. We enjoy a great reputation of providing quality pest and termite control service. We have a family atmosphere and we have very low employee turnover – many of our employees have worked for our company for over 10 years.
• We train in pest and termite control. Previous experience in the pest control industry or a applicator license is desirable but not required.
• A positive and friendly attitude are very important. You must be a good communicator and self motivated. Must be a good team member and easy to get along with.
• Reliable and able to follow a schedule. Able to adjust to changes in the day and stressful situations.
• Customer service skills are crucial – must be able to communicate with people and take good care of the needs of customers.
• Must be able to work in the elements – hours in the heat and cold. Must be able to enter attics and crawl underneath homes/buildings.
• We do a lot of spraying with backpack sprayers – must be able to lift/carry at least 35 lbs on your back.
• Full time employees are eligible for Simple IRA, health insurance, paid vacation, weekends off, company truck and uniforms.
