What Your Job Duties Will Entail
Building Relationships: You’ll create lifelong connections with both internal and external customers, helping to ensure they’re satisfied and loyal - Your goal is to create “Customers for Life” by delivering excellent service every time
- Managing Your Service Route: You’ll be responsible for the daily operations of your Pest Control Service Route, using strong time management skills to stay on track and complete all necessary tasks
- Perform residential pest control, mosquito services, and termite inspections
- Monitor termite bait systems to ensure they’re functioning properly
- Problem-solve customer accounts to address both current and future needs
- Provide consistent communication with customers to keep them informed and satisfied
- Work closely with internal teams, including customer service, sales, and fellow service professionals, to ensure an outstanding experience for each customer
- Apply pest control products in accordance with label standards and safety guidelines
- Safety First: You’ll maintain a safety-first mindset, especially when operating company equipment or driving your company vehicle
- Your commitment to safety helps ensure the protection of both yourself and the people you serve

Qualifications
What you need:
High School Diploma or equivalent required- No Experience Required!
- Must be 18 years of age
- Valid driver’s license required
- Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments
Physical Demands / Working Environment
The role requires certain physical tasks and a variety of work environments - Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform the job duties with or without accommodations:
Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer’s weight capacity - Lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, roof tops, etc
- Ability to work in all types of weather conditions
