- Awards and recognition Responsibilities: We’re looking for a motivated and reliable Pest Control Insulation Technician to join our growing team. This unique position combines pest management services with insulation work to help protect homes and businesses from pests while improving energy efficiency and comfort. If you’re hands-on, enjoy working independently, and take pride in doing quality work that makes a difference for customers, we’d love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities
- Inspect residential and commercial properties for pest activity, damage, and entry points
- Apply pest control treatments safely and in accordance with company and regulatory standards
- Install, remove, or replace insulation materials
- Seal gaps and openings to help prevent future infestations and energy loss
- Operate company vehicles and equipment responsibly
- Maintain accurate service records and communicate with customers professionally
- Follow all safety procedures and wear required protective equipment

- Requirements:
- High School/GED or better
- Valid Driver’s license
- Must be 18 years of age
- Physical Demands / Working Environment:
- Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform the following job duties with or without accommodations as well as the ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid):
- Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer’s w8capacity
- Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, roof tops, etc.
