Job Detail
- Handing out and putting away skates
- Maintaining rink and skate changing area
- Ensure highest quality experience for guests
- Execute policies and procedures professionally and accurately
- Communicate information to guests accurately and professionally
- Responsible for attending staff meetings and trainings
- Act as team member
- Perform all other duties as assigned
- Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED-equivalent preferred
- Previous experience as an Ice Skater is preferred
- Customer service experience is an asset
- Must be friendly
- Willing and able to remain on your feet for extended period of time
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Creative Problem Solver
- Good communication skills, and comfortable working with the public
