Job Detail
  • Leak detection
  • Storm damage assessment
  • Flashing and ventilation inspections
  • Moisture or mold risk identification Minor Roof Repairs Maintenance Shingle/tile replacement
  • Nail pops, small puncture patches
  • Sealant application at vents and flashing
  • Gutter cleaning and minor repairs Roof Replacements Large Repairs (Estimate required) Tear-offs and underlayment installation
  • Full or partial re-roof (asphalt, TPO, tile, etc.)
  • Soffit/fascia board replacement
  • Attic ventilation solutions Job Documentation Before/during/after photos
  • Clear notes in portal for each job
  • Material needs communicated up front Requirements
  • Contractor Requirements General Liability Insurance (COI required)
  • Worker’s Comp Insurance MANDATORY
  • Valid W9 and Tax ID
  • Licensed roofer in your state (if applicable)
  • Own truck, trailer, ladder, and roofing tools
  • Smartph1for portal use (job access, photos, updates)
  • Clear communication, professionalism, and jobsite cleanliness
  • Must complete short onboarding call before receiving jobs
  • Disqualifiers No active insurance ( GL and WC MANDATORY)
  • Unlicensed (where required)
  • Poor communication or incomplete jobs
  • No ladder or ability to access residential roofs
