graduate or equivalent~ Valid Driver’s License~ One to 2years of on-the-job training in painting, plastering, taping, light carpentry and hanging wall coverings~ Ability to follow directions, as well as problem solve independently on the job~ Must possess a sense of responsibility, initiative, and honesty~ Must have good writ10and verbal communication skills~ Must have reliable transportation and willing to travel between locations~ Must be able to see colors~ Requires ability to coordinate multiple painting/renovation projects at the same time~ Extensive mobility required, lifting, reaching, stooping, bending, kneeling and crouching~ Ability to lift up to 100lbs, push, pull and move supplies and equipment~ Work will be required in confined spaces for certain assignments~ Ability to concentrate on moderate detail with constant interruption required~ Must be able to understand and relate to specific ideas generally and remember tasks given to self and others over long periods of time~ Mechanical, electrical, and patient care setting~ Exposure to loud equipment noise, high voltage, moving part, hot steam lines, outdoor environment, sawdust, flammable liquids and chemicals kept in the department~ Pay range: $14 – $21.
