Career Achievements is required

• Prep product for final paint application
• Sanding and/or masking product for final Painting application
• Clean and inspect product for final paint application Required education, skills and experiences to be successful: Preferred minimum 1 year experience in automotive paint application (Akzo Nobel – Sikkens preferred)
• Ability to use DA sanders, air grinders, buffers and similar tools.
• Ability to use common hand tools
• Ÿ Attention to detail and practices that lead to an acceptable paint finish.
• Ability to communicate and follow directions in English Physical demands on this role: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. • Ability to operate and understand the operation of all protective safety equipment in the area.
• Ability to work in 100-degree heat for excess of 10(10) hours per day
