Job Brief
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented painter to join our team.

Job Detail
- surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and filling holes or imperfections.
- Painting and finishing: Apply paint, varnish, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment, ensuring clean, even coverage.
- Coatings : Apply Intumescent Paint from scaffold, lift, and or ladder
- • Surface preparation: Clean, sand, and fill holes or imperfections before painting. Touch-ups and repairs: Perform drywall patching, caulking, sealing, and repainting to maintain a high standard of quality.
- Rough carpentry repairs: Fix or reinforce framing, trim, and minor structural elements as needed.
- Make-ready services: Assist with final detailing, fixture installations, and minor repairs to prepare spaces for occupancy.
- • Collaboration: Work closely with construction teams on remodeling and renovation projects to meet deadlines.Follow safety protocols while working on construction sites to maintain a safe working environment. Assist with fixture installation and other maintenance person tasks as required.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
- Requirements Experience applying intumescent paint (required)
- Proven experience in painting, drywall installation, and finishing.
- Familiarity with frame carpentry, concrete finishing, remodeling, and renovation processes is a plus.
- Trained in Fall Protection is a plus

- Ability to read blueprints and construction plans for accurate execution of tasks is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks for extended periods.
