$16 – $19 an hour

Professional Development of 3 Years is required

• Prepare surfaces for painting, including patching holes, sanding, and priming.
• Apply paint, stain, and coatings using brushes, rollers, and sprayers.
• Perform apartment turn painting efficiently to meet tight deadlines.
• Complete commercial interior painting projects with a high-quality finish.
• Maintain a clean and organized job site.
• Follow safety protocols and properly handle painting materials.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
• Requirements Qualifications:
• A skilled painter should have 2-3 years of professional painting experience (apartment turns or commercial projects preferred). Painter Helper at least 18 months of continuous experience.
• Strong knowledge of paint types, finishes, and application techniques.
• Ability to cut clean lines and achieve a smooth, even finish.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Physically able to lift 50 lbs., climb ladders, and stand for extended periods.
• Punctual, professional, and detail-oriented.
• Must be willing to undergo a background check and drug screen.
• Preferred (Not Required) Skills:
• Experience with spray painting equipment.
• Basic drywall patching and minor repairs.
