Job Detail
- Prepare metal parts for painting by masking threads, plugs, and surfaces
- Apply tape, caps, and plugs according to detailed masking instructions
- Assist painters with loading/unloading parts
- Sanding, wiping, and prepping parts before coating
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
- Follow safety procedures and company standards
- Requirements:
- Experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Punctual, dependable, and a team player
