• Key Responsibilities:
• Market Direct to Client – Cold Call – Door Knock Storm Damage Areas
• Conduct thorough inspections of residential and commercial roofs to identify storm damage and/or issues or necessary repairs.
• Provide clients with detailed assessments and recommendations based on their roofing needs.
• Collaborate with project managers and installation teams to ensure projects are completed to specifications.
• Maintain accurate documentation of inspections, proposals, and project progress.
• Close sales and manage customer relationships from initial contact through project completion.
• Help educate customers on the benefits of roof maintenance and replacement.
• Collaborate with our roofing team to ensure smooth project execution.
• Qualifications:
• Previous sales experience, preferably in home improvement or construction Is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, driven, and goal-oriented.
• Ability to build trust and establish long-term relationships with clients.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Be able to climb a ladder and get on a roof
