Key Responsibilities
As the face of Go Roofing & Windows, you will manage the sales cycle from presentation to contract, specializing in high-quality retail roofing sales.
● Run 5-10 company-generated appointments per week, maintaining a 5-6 day work commitment.
● Master the Retail Close: While we assist clients with insurance claims, our focus is Retail sales to guarantee quicker turnaround times for installation and superior project quality.
● Execute professional, confident, in-home presentations to convert company leads.
● Actively prospect to generate new leads and referrals, expanding your personal pipeline.
● Educate homeowners on Go Roofing’s processes, material quality, and installation timelines.
● Build custom, detailed quotes and manage contract paperwork with exceptional detail.
● Maintain a strong motivation for success and commitment to continuous skill improvement.
What We Require to Win (Non-Negotiables)
● Proven Sales Experience (Any industry, B2C or B2B).
● Previous experience in high-contact fields like sales, customer service, or hospitality.
● Self-motivated, money-driven, and highly organized—able to juggle multiple projects.
● Exceptional ability to build instant rapport and trust with new clients.
● Willingness to listen, take coaching, and apply new advice immediately.
● Deadline and detail-oriented approach to managing contracts and client expectations.
● An outgoing personality and a genuine, intense desire for competition and success.

Preferred Experience (Bonus Points)
● Roofing Sales Experience is a major advantage.
● Experience in Outside Sales, Cold Calling, or Door-to-Door sales techniques.
