Onsite Maintenance Assistant

Job Detail
- Perform daily clubhouse and event room setups, including weekly Bingo and monthly activities
- Maintain cleanliness and functionality of pool area, fitness center, and surrounding amenities
- Monitor and replenish supplies (water coolers, fitness equipment spray, dehumidifiers)
- Assist with seasonal and special projects (holiday decorating, carpet cleaning)
- Perform routine outdoor maintenance: leaf blowing, weed/ant control, pressure washing, and fence cleaning
- Conduct quarterly deep cleaning of pool furniture and annual cleaning of exterior structures
- Support minor repairs and upkeep (tennis nets, fans, awnings, windows)
- Collaborate with Maintenance Technician and Supervisor on shared tasks and additional assignments

Requirements
Requirements:
Must be able to communicate effectively with internal and external customers and clients - Must be able to work without direct supervision
- Knowledge of general maintenance requirements, (documentation, safety, required reporting, regulations, etc
- )
- Knowledge of electrical and plumbing codes and maintenance requirements, (documentation, safety, required reporting, regulations, etc
- )
- Knowledge of OSHA worksite and personal safety requirements
- Knowledge of State or local governmental safety requirements
- Ability to safely operate, climb and perform work on ladders (1-2 stories) – 24-28ft
- Ability to operate smartphone & email (day-to-day operations, basic communication/monthly expense reports)
- Must be able to operate a vehicle from one location to another
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds on a frequent basis
- 3 5 years of directly related or closely related experience
