- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and filling holes or cracks.
- Apply paint, varnish, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards while working on-site.
- Provide high-quality workmanship on all residential and construction painting projects.
- Skills
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools relevant to painting tasks.
- Experience in residential painting techniques and finishes.
- Knowledge of construction painting practices and standards.
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Familiarity with plastering techniques is a plus.
