Job Detail
- Two or more years experience working with network infrastructure: routing & switching
- Helpful experience: Cisco Call Manager, Cisco CLI, Microsoft suites and Service Now
- Desirable credentials: Cisco Certified Support Technician (CCST), CompTIA Network
- Other industry certifications desired
Job Standards:
Participates in On-Call rotation as required - Troubleshoots and resolves network related problems reported by end-users, internal Help Desk and offsite NOC
- Provisions switch ports, installs patch cables and maintains cable management standards
- Has a basic knowledge of power and electrical systems as it relates to UPSs, PDUs, network device rack installation and low voltage cable ie: Ethernet / Fiber optic including related transceivers/SFPs
- Shows attention to detail, accuracy in work, time management and organization
- Ability to work independently also on a team to meet all day-to-day functions and deadlines
- It is desirable that candidates for this position possess a working knowledge in the areas described

Minimum to Midpoint Pay Rate: $30- 36 – $39
