Job Detail
  • REQUIRED- 2 years automotive repair experience
  • Trade school experience a plus
  • ASE or I-CAR certifications a plus
  • Ability to learn and understand collision repair processes and terminology
  • Understanding of technology basic software programs
  • Knowledge of Aftermarket and OEM diagnostic scan tools and factory software
  • Knowledge and ability to use computers, mobile devices, and related technology efficiently
  • Travel may be required for continuing education and certification training
  • Self -motivated, positive attitude, with a customer focused vision
  • Ability to develop relationships and foster a high level customer experience
  • Perform static and dynamic ADAS Calibrations on foreign, domestic and EV (electric) vehicles on site or at customer locations
  • Troubleshoot complex calibration repairs
  • Test drive vehicles after repairs are completed
  • Adequately explain ADAS calibration specifications and repair planning needs. to include collision repair center personnel, insurance adjusters, and direct customers
  • Basic knowledge of how to remove and install vehicle parts – Example: Bumper, trim panels, mirrors
  • Complete pre and post scans with OE and/or aftermarket tools, communicate outcome effectively
  • After training completion, must be able to complete static and dynamic calibrations per OE Specifications
  • Communicate with field team to ensure efficiency and productivity
  • Responsible for ensuring tooling software updates are completed immediately
  • Accountable for assigned inventory (including vehicles, mobile devices, laptops, OE scan tools, other equipment provided)
  • Participate in virtual (online) training sessions as needed
  • Complete assigned training and certifications as needed
  • Maintain a well-organized work area
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
