Job Detail
- High School diploma and/or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Five or more years of millwork production experience in a shop environment with demonstrated competency in cabinet making and general woodworking.
- Ability to build items starting with raw materials until ready for finish.
- Knowledge and experience using a variety of hand tools, power tools and woodworking machinery.
- Proficiency in reading and understanding construction drawings, plans, blueprints and specifications.
- Strong attention to quality and detail.
- Knowledge of construction safety standards with ability to operate shop tools and equipment in a safe manner.
- Ability to work in a collaborative small team environment.
- Good organizational skills and attention to pace and accuracy.
- Maintains a clean and neat personal appearance and workspace.
- Must be able to lift 50-100 pounds as needed. Pay and Benefits
