Job Detail
- High school diploma or G.E.D. is the minimal education required for this position. Should be supplemented by completion of a Union, private (in-house), military, or trade school apprenticeship program that includes theory and on-the-job work.
- 4 or more years (or equivalent) field or trade work experience as a journey-level mechanical piping insulator (an apprenticeship program preferred) in a commercial or facilities operations setting is required. government, military, or large commercial construction experience preferred.
