Position: Mechanic

$30 – $50 an hour

Work Achievements and Contributions of 2 Years is required

• Perform preventative maintenance and scheduled service on motor coaches
• Diagnose and repair diesel engines, electrical systems, air brakes, HVAC, and hydraulics
• Complete DOT inspections and maintain accurate repair logs
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and complete repairs efficiently
• Assist with emergency breakdowns when needed
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of diesel mechanic experience (motor coach or heavy-duty vehicles preferred)
• Certified Diesel Mechanic or equivalent technical training
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of engines, electrical systems, air brakes, suspension, and fuel systems
• Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and work in shop/garage environment
• Valid driver’s license (CDL is a plus)
• Reliable, professional, and able to work independently
