Master Technician or similar role in automotive repair.
Job Detail
- Perform comprehensive diagnostics on vehicles to identify mechanical issues.
- Conduct repairs and maintenance on automotive systems including suspension, brakes and well as every day maintence.
- Utilize power tools and equipment safely and effectively to perform repairs.
- Collaborate with service technicians to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs performed, parts used, and time spent on each job.
- Provide guidance and training to junior technicians as needed.
- Uphold safety standards in the workplace while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Master Technician or similar role in automotive repair.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with expertise in vehicle maintenance and repair.
- Familiarity with automotive troubleshooting techniques.
- Ability to weld is a plus but not mandatory.
- Proficient in using various power tools and diagnostic equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and customers.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
